Creator, Peter A Dowling, revealed the news about Red Eye Season 3. In an interview to launch Season 2, Peter was asked whether the fans would get to see Jing Lusi solving more cases. He shared that they have aimed at a trilogy. He was quoted as saying:
“I’m as excited as anyone to see what trouble Hana, Delaney and Jess will find themselves in next. And, in true movie form, we have to aim for Red Eye to be a trilogy.”
