Katrina Kaif Claims Malaika Arora Was Her Inspiration While Modelling: ‘That’s What I Wanted To Be’

Katrina Kaif is one of the most talented actresses in Bollywood. Katrina Kaif says Malaika Arora was her role model back during her modelling career

In an interaction with Mashable India, Katrina Kaif retrospected about her initial years of career, when she used to pursue modelling. The diva shared how her first intention was always to become a model and acting wasn’t in her list of dreams. Talking about some of the most iconic supermodels whom she considered as her role models back then, Katrina said:

“When I started off as a model in Bombay, my intention was to be a model. My role models were Madhu Sapre and Lakshmi Menon. Those were the supermodels of that time. And even Malaika actually. She was still modelling at that time. They were the women I looked up to. And that’s what I wanted to be as a model.”
