As per multiple reports, an FIR has been registered at Noida’s Sector-126 police station under the 325 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt), 323 (causing hurt), 427 (mischief), and 504 (insult to provoke breach of peace) of the IPC against the founder and CEO of Bada Business Private Limited, Vivek Bindra.
