Farah Khan’s 2007 romantic fantasy drama, Om Shanti Om was one of the highly grossed films of its time, with a box-office collection of Rs. 148.16 crores worldwide. It starred Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Rampal and many others. Not only that, the film produced by Gauri Khan under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment, also became the one film which consisted of the highest number of cameo roles in it. However, the long-running film also had to delete many scenes. One of which was when a few popular actors, including R Madhavan, Boman Irani, Zayed Khan, and others graced the award show shown in the film.

Recently, a video was shared by an Instagram user, wherein the deleted scene of the film featuring the cameo roles of several Bollywood actors being interviewed was shown. At the beginning of the video, Karan Johar can be heard saying, “Did you know, Om Shanti Om ke award function wale scene ke liye Farah Khan ne joh interviews liye the, usme se kaafi film mein nahi dikhe.” Following this, we can seen an array of A-listers from the industry giving small bites regarding who will win the prestigious award. While Zayed Khan said, “Woh toh mujhe hi milega”, Ashutosh Gowariker mentioned, “I think….”
