Bhumi Pednekar recalls being paranoid when somebody kept pinching her buttocks
In an interview with Hauterrfly, Bhumi Pednekar opened up about a horrific incident she had faced at the mere age of 14 years. The actress mentioned that although she was with her family at that time, she couldn’t stop getting inappropriately touched in a crowded space. The traumatic incident that continues to haunt her was when a stranger kept pinching her buttocks when she went to a fair in Bandra with her family. Later, looking back, she couldn’t understand who had done it because it was very crowded. Elaborating the same, she stated:
“Somebody tried touching me inappropriately again and again, and I was getting paranoid. Though I was with my family, there also was a whole bunch of kids from my building as well. But I didn’t say anything at that time because I was thrown off by what had happened.”
