Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter, Navya Naveli Nanda, is back with the second season of her podcast, What The Hell Navya. She, along with her mother, Shweta Bachchan, and grandmother, Jaya Bachchan, have been discussing many prominent issues in our society, especially pertaining to women. Now, the trio indulged in a conversation about social media trolling and how it affects them.

Shweta Bachchan believes celebrities should hit back at trolls

In the latest episode of her podcast, What The Hell Navya, Shweta Bachchan said that celebrities should raise their voices against cancel culture. She further added that celebrities should not hesitate to call out people, and instead, they should be authentic without the fear of judgment. She said:

“Turn around and say, ‘Don’t follow me if you have a problem.’ Give it back, if you keep quiet and just allow things, people will say, ‘We can say whatever we like to this famous person and they have nothing to say back.’ No one is reacting authentically anymore because you’re so worried about getting trolled. You can’t say this, you can’t say that…”
