PM Narendra Modi’s Pakistani Sister, Qamar Prepares A Handmade ‘Rakhi’, Wishes To Tie Him In Person

Raksha Bandhan is one of the most auspicious festivals widely celebrated in India. It not only marks the beautiful bonding of protection and love between two siblings but also means a sister’s prayers for her brother’s long life and safety. The festival also holds a special significance in making special relations between two countries or even enemies. One such beautiful bond is between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Pakistani sister, Qamar Mohsin Sheikh.

PM Narendra Modi’s Pakistani sister, Qamar Mohsin Sheikh made a rakhi for him

Qamar Mohsin Sheikh has been tying rakhis on the wrist of her muh bola bhai, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, for more than three decades. “This time I have made the ‘Rakhi’ myself. I wish him a happy Raksha Bandhan. I pray for him every day for his good health and long life. I believe that all my wishes come true. I will also gift him (PM Modi) a book on agriculture as he is fond of reading.”
