For those who are not aware, the Maharashtra government issued an advisory for the singer’s Mumbai concert. He explained it to his audience in the form of a mythological story. Before Maharashtra, the government of Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Chandigarh issued similar notices before his concerts.
