Born as Jaskaran Singh Aujla, the popular Indo-Canadian singer, Karan Aujla is a rapper and songwriter. The singer is a rage in the Punjabi music industry. Karan Aujla started his career as a songwriter for Jassi Gill’s Range. He later emigrated to Canada, where he wrote lyrics for many artists, including Deep Jandu, Jazzy B, Bohemia and Sukh-E.
Karan Aujla lost both his parents when he was just 9-years-old. His sisters and uncle raised him. It was at a wedding function that Karan met Jassi Gill and offered him the lyrics of the song Range, with which Jassi gained huge popularity. Though his debut song, Cell Phone, was a commercial failure, he got his breakthrough with the song, Don’t Worry.
