Sonam Kapoor walked the ramp of the Blenders Pride X FDCI Fashion Tour 2025 event in Gurugram on February 2, 2025. While walking the ramp, Sonam was seen tearing up, while paying tribute to the late fashion designer, Rohit Bal. Talking to ANI, Sonam shared that she is ecstatic to walk the ramp, and it feels wonderful to be a part of probably the last show of Rohit Bal. She shared that she is happy to be there for Gudda. Talking about the late designer, Sonam added that the show was all about celebrating heritage, craftsmanship, and everything that is beautiful and joyful, which was exactly what Rohit Bal tried to do. She called herself privileged to wear Rohit’s clothes and said:
“I am so happy to be here for Gudda. I have been privileged to wear his clothes many times and to have him design clothes for me also many times. It feels wonderful to do probably his last show. The celebration of heritage, the celebration of craftsmanship… the idea is to celebrate everything beautiful and joyful. That was him. And I think in the same way, I love wearing clothes exactly like that.”
