Mohit Raina recalls his tragic loss on the same date when he bagged Devon Ke Dev Mahadev
In a recent interview with Ranveer Allahabadia, Mohit Raina opened up about one of the strangest moments in his life, where both something happy and tragic happened in his life at the same time. Calling himself a firm believer of Lord Shiva, Mohit recalled the day when he bagged his role of playing Lord Shiva, coincided with the exact day when he lost his father. He mentioned:
“I have never said this but my father was a firm believer in Lord Shiva. So, I think this role was a gift from my father to me. Because the day I got the confirmation that I am playing Lord Shiva that was the day I lost my father. So, I feel it was his gift for me because it can’t be a coincidence. I wanted to give my best to the show as I thought it was a gift from him.”
