Kareena Kapoor Khan recalls how people advised her not to marry Saif Ali Khan
In an interaction at The India Express event, Express Adda in Mumbai, Kareena Kapoor Khan recalled how she was advised against getting married as people claimed that it would put a full stop to her flourishing career. However, the actress followed her heart and didn’t listen to what people had to say about her marriage with Saif Ali Khan. She said:
“Everyone was like if you get married your career might be over and it would take a beating. I was madly in love and I thought it is fine. If producers and directors would be like my career is over because I got married, then I think it’s maybe their loss. It’s a weird thing. I couldn’t believe it. I was like, ‘Okay, let’s see what happens.’ And I just did it.”
