Legendary actor and filmmaker, Anupam Kher’s new film, Tanvi The Great received an amazing standing ovation during its screening at the National Defence Academy (NDA) in Khadakwasla, Pune. More than 2,500 people clapped for the film, making it a very emotional moment for Anupam Kher. The legendary actor posted a video of the same on his Instagram handle with a long and heartfelt caption.
Special screening of Anupam Kher’s Tanvi The Great at the National Defence Academy
The first ever screening of Tanvi The Great was held in Pune at the National Defence Academy. Anupam Kher has not just directed the film but also poured his heart and soul in it. He attended the screening along with actor, Boman Irani and outsider, Shubhangi Dutt, who plays the lead role of ‘Tanvi Raina’ in the movie. The screening was seen by around 2,500 cadets and officers. As soon as the film ended, the entire auditorium stood up to give a long and emotional standing ovation. The applause felt like it went on forever and the entire response touched Anupam Kher deeply.
