Actor, Akhil Mishra, popular for his role as ‘librarian Dubey’ in the film, 3 Idiots passed away in a tragic accident on September 19, 2023. As per multiple reports, the actor was on a stool in the kitchen when he fell down and hurt his head. He was found lying in a pool of blood and was immediately rushed to the hospital. However, despite several efforts, the actor could not survive.

Akhil’s wife, actress, Suzanne Bernert was shooting in Hyderabad when the incident happened. She immediately rushed back to her home and was in a state of shock. The 58-year-old actor’s body has been sent for post-mortem, and his wife, Suzanne is making all the arrangements for his cremation. Talking to ETimes, Suzanne shared:
“My heart is broken, my second half is gone.”
