She revealed that she lived together with the Virgin Bhanupriya actor for quite some time. However, she mentioned how the duo started having some recurring issues and was struggling with it. Simran shared:
“It has been five years since our relationship and I broke up a month and a half back. We started living together in the past year and I am someone who believes in clarity. We did have issues and it was getting difficult for us to fight over the same issues again and again.”
