Puducherry-based model, San Rechal, passed away on July 12, 2025, days after she committed suicide. The gorgeous lady not only voiced against colourism, but also proved her worth and the fact that if someone puts his/her into something, there’s no way to stop them, irrespective of colour, size or gender. San Rechal, born as Sankara Priya Gandhi, reportedly consumed a whole lot of pills on June 6, 2025, and after days of surviving, kidney failure took her life. Amid this, one of her old interviews surfaced, wherein she talked about her wish to bring a change where colour, size, height and weight don’t let anyone down.
