In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Shehnaaz Gill opened up about being treated equally in Thank You For Coming. The diva stated that she never felt that she was being treated differently than others. Shehnaaz also mentioned that she thought that in Bollywood, there would be discrimination among bigger and smaller stars, but there’s nothing as such. Shehnaaz stated:
“Yes, iss set me toh seriously mujhe aisi feeling ayi. Mujhe laga jaise…hoga idhar bhi ki… bade logo ko alag dikhaya jata ha aur chote logon ko side pe kiya jata hai. But, idhar aisa kuch nahi tha.”
