Elvis Presley’s ex-wife, Priscilla Presley, has been embroiled in controversy over alleged fraud and breach of contract. Her former business partners accused her of fraud after she falsely claimed ownership of Promenade Trust and Graceland, owned by her daughter, Lisa Marie. The lawsuit also accused Presley of leading her only daughter to an early death.
Priscilla Presley and Riley Keough slam lawsuit
Amid the allegations, Priscilla Presley and her granddaughter, Riley Keough, issued a joint statement slamming the hurtful allegations. Claiming that the allegations are untrue, Priscilla and Riley told People:
“We are aware of the latest allegations from Brigitte Kruse. These claims are not only untrue but also deeply hurtful. Our family is, and always has been, united in love and respect for one another.”
