Amitabh Bachchan says he is afraid of his strict wifey, Jaya Bachchan at home
In the recent episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 15, Amitabh Bachchan engaged in a fun banter with a contestant named Jaya Patel from Chhattisgarh. During the rounds of the quiz show, Jaya, who is a teacher by profession, revealed that she turns strict when at school, and gentle when at home. After that, she quickly quipped in and added Big B about the kind of experience he has got with the name, Jaya, which was a seeming hint at the actor’s wife, Jaya Bachchan. To this, Big B gave a very interesting response and accepted that he was scared of his wife, who is very strict. Elaborating more, Amitabh mentioned:
“She’s strict and lenient too. I’m saved. I have to go home. I don’t want to be thrashed. So, when she’s strict it’s better if you stay in. Stay locked in your room or go out for a while. When she’s lenient, it’s great. That’s how she is towards her kids and everyone else. She’s stricter with me. Why did you ask me this? When I will watch this show with her, she will scold me. It scares me so I don’t talk much about my personal life.”
