Sonakshi Sinha recollects an intriguing chat with Dabangg co-star, Salman Khan
In a recent interaction with Mashable India, Sonakshi Sinha went down the memory lane and opened up on some salient highlights of her film career so far. She recalled how during the initial phase of her career, she worked as a volunteer from her college for a fashion week and earned her first salary of Rs. 3000. However, she mentioned that during her work, she bumped into Salman Khan, who was quite curious if she got paid or not. When Sonakshi mentioned her salary, Salman had demanded a gift from her. Elaborating more on it, Sonakshi said:
“My first job as a volunteer from college, my salary was Rs 3000 for those five days of fashion week and I was an usher. Salman asked, what are you doing here? He asked, you’re getting paid or no? I said, yes. He said, how much? I said, Rs 3000. He started laughing at me and said, buy me a gift. To date I haven’t given him a gift because I was like what do I give Salman Khan in Rs 3000.”
