After his death, several legal battles have been going on in his family, which involved his third wife, Priya Sunjay Kapur, and his ex-wife, Karisma and their kids, Kiaan and Samaira. The clash has been intensifying each passing day, and yet the same scenario repeated itself as a hearing from the Delhi High Court took place over a plea by Priya Sunjay Kapur.

Priya Sunjay Kapur filed a petition with the court to disclose the details of her late husband’s estate in a sealed envelope, and the hearing took place. After which, an argument ensued over a plea, wherein the counsel for Kiaan and Samaira claimed that nothing was left, and even the banks had been wiped out. For the uninitiated, Kiaan and Samaira requested one-fifth of their late father’s estate. They also mentioned that their father never mentioned the will, which Priya claimed, and the current will was never registered. As per a LiveLaw report, the counsel from Karisma’s side argued:
“Banks have been wiped off, there is nothing left in the bank account.”
