Legendary Indian advertising executive, Piyush Pandey, passed away on October 23, 2025, from complications of pneumonia at the age of 70. Following his death, his niece, Ishitta Arun, and her husband, Dhruv Ghanekar, paid a special tribute to their beloved Piyush mama. Ishitta is the daughter of popular singer-actress, Ila Arun, who happens to be Piyush’s sister. They were a tight-knit family, and the ad mogul’s death devastated them. To honour his legacy, Ishitta and Dhruv prepared a thoughtful video for Piyush, including a remake of the deceased’s favourite song.
