Kiyomi Cook is a former college soccer player and a soccer coach. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in human physiology and psychology from the University of Oregon. At the University of Oregon, Kiiyomi was a midfielder for the Ducks women’s soccer team. At the same institution, she met her now-husband, Marcus Mariota, and the duo went on to become college sweethearts. After graduating from the University of Oregon, Kiyomi completed a master’s degree in exercise and nutrition science from Lipscomb University.
