According to TMZ, Justin Baldoni has officially lost his USD 400 million lawsuit against Blake Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and The New York Times after missing the deadline to appeal a judge’s ruling. Legal documents confirm that the final judgment has been entered, eliminating all of Justin’s claims. The court found that Blake’s allegations, which were originally in a civil case complaint, were legally protected and could not be considered defamatory. Likewise, The Times reported that The New York Times just followed the contents of Blake’s complaint and therefore did not amount to libel.
