For the unversed, Andre had been an important part of Kolkata Knight Riders since 2014. As soon as his retirement news went viral, the co-owner of KKR, Shah Rukh Khan penned an emotional note for him.

Soon after ace cricketer, Andre Russell announced his IPL retirement, Bollywood superstar couldn’t hold back from writing an emotional note for him. SRK took to his X handle and replied to Andre’s post. He recalled the good memories of the cricketer with KKR and appreciated his powerful game on the field. ‘King Khan’ further wished him luck as Andre is all set to return as the Power Coach of KKR.
