Abhay Deol is one of the finest actors in Bollywood. Abhay is known for his meaningful roles and out-of-the-box performances. Born into the famous Deol family of actors, Abhay is the nephew of veteran actor, Dharmendra and cousin of Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, and Esha Deol. His father, Ajit Deol, was Dharmendra’s younger brother and a Punjabi cinema actor-turned-director.
Soon, Abhay decided to follow in the footsteps of his star family and ventured into acting in 2005 with Imtiaz Ali’s romantic film, Socha Na Tha, opposite Ayesha Takia. Though the film didn’t do well at the box office, Abhay garnered a lot of attention. He was later seen in films like Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!, Dev.
