Aamir Khan slams the use of sex and violence in films in an old clip

In the clip, Aamir Khan opened up about the use of sex and violence in films and said that such content can provoke the audience very easily. Reflecting on the same, he mentioned that if directors fail to create a powerful story, show emotions and create situations that appeal to the audience, they tend to depend heavily on violence and sex to make their films work. In his words:

“There are a few emotions jo bohut easy hote hain audience mein provoke karne k liye. These emotions are… violence is one of them and sex is another. These are two emotions which are most easy to provoke in a human being. If the directors are not so talented in creating a story, in showing emotions and creating situations, they tend to depend heavily on violence and sex to make their films work.”
