Renowned casting director and filmmaker, Mukesh Chhabra, was one of the contestants in Karan Johar’s latest reality hit, The Traitors, streaming on Amazon Prime, but he recently got eliminated from the show. However, exiting the show couldn’t possibly have hurt as much as it did the time he got betrayed in real life. The filmmaker, who has been behind the casting of some of Bollywood’s biggest blockbusters, such as Gangs of Wasseypur, Chhichhore, and Dangal, recently opened up about the time he felt stabbed in the back by a ‘real traitor’.
Mukesh Chhabra talks about his biggest lesson from The Traitors
In a candid chat with ETimes, Mukesh Chhabra opened up about the biggest learning from The Traitors, admitting that his experience in the show felt like a reflection of his real-life experience, and not in a pleasant way. The filmmaker shared:
“One of my biggest learnings from the show is that you really can’t trust anyone, not even the people you eat, sit, or roam around with. You never know who’s actually betraying you or who the real traitor is.”
