In the latest interview with News18, Ameesha Patel opened up about her differences with the Gadar 2 director, Anil Sharma. Talking about the same, the actress revealed that Anil Sharma tried hard to promote his son, Utkarsh Sharma in Gadar 2, however, he failed in doing so. For the unversed, Utkarsh played the role of Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel’s onscreen son, ‘Charanjeet’. Mentioning how she got Utkarsh in the film industry, Ameesha said:
“I feel bad for Anilji since he tried to push his son, Utkarsh a lot in Gadar 2, but eventually, Tara and Sakeena stole the limelight. Utkarsh is a very sweet boy, and I got him into the indutsry, and his father is very sweet to keep promoting him. Let’s hope some bigwigs from the industry start signing Utkarsh as he’s a sweet boy and no boy would like to only be signed by his dad.”
