The gorgeous actress, Ameesha Patel is currently riding high on the success of her recently released film, Gadar 2. Along with her, the Anil Sharma directorial also stars Sunny Deol, Utkarsh Sharma, Manish Wadhwa and Gaurav Chopra in leading roles. The film is a sequel to the 2001 film, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. Based on Sunny’s character ‘Tara Singh’s’ journey to Pakistan to rescue his son, ‘Charanjeet Singh’, the film was released on August 11, 2023. Since then, the stars have been constantly involved in one-after-the-other interviews, revealing various anecdotes from their lives and choices. Recently, Ameesha revealed why she is uncomfortable doing sexually intimate scenes or looking hot on-screen.
Ameesha Patel reveals she is not comfortable doing sexually intimate scenes or looking hot
In a short interview with Instant Bollywood, Ameesha Patel was asked what makes her uncomfortable while performing in front of the camera. To this, the actress mentioned that she doesn’t oppose things such as sexually intimate scenes, kissing or looking hot wearing skimpy clothes done by other actresses. However, she is not comfortable doing so. Elaborating that she has these principles while working in a film, just like Salman Khan and Sunny Deol have certain ethics to follow on sets, and said:
“How Salman always says, ‘I don’t kiss on screen’, Sunny Deol has got the same principle. I’ve got the same principles. You have to set your boundaries to what you as your personality are comfortable with. So, I’m not averse to looking hot. I’m not comfortable doing extensive sexually intimate scenes. I’m not comfortable with loads of kinds of different kinds of clothing. I’m not comfortable with abusing on screen or using mother-sister abuse. I’m not comfortable kissing on screen and things like that.
