Popular actress, Ankita Lokhande has suffered a huge personal loss, as she lost her father, Shashikant Lokhande. The actress is currently grieving as she was extremely close to her dad. Though the news hasn’t been confirmed by Ankita or her family, her well-wishers have started pouring their condolences in these challenging times.
Ankita Lokhande’s father, Shashikant Lokhande passed away
As per a report in India Today, it is stated that Ankita Lokhande’s father, Shashikant Lokhande, left for his heavenly abode on August 12, 2023. He breathed his last at the age of 68. While the cause of his death is not known yet, the report claimed that the actress’ father was unwell for the past two months. Moreover, Shashikant Lokhande’s last rites will be performed at Oshiwara Crematorium on August 13, 2023, at 11 am.
