Bobby Darling recalls how Sohail Khan’s producer mistreated her
Bobby Darling recently sat down for an interview with Siddharth Kannan and recalled working in the 2002 film, Maine Dil Tujhko Diya, which starred Sohail Khan in the lead role and was produced by the actor and his friend, Bunty Walia. Bobby shared that her role was expanded after she was cast, and naturally, she asked for a higher payment in return. However, her request didn’t go down well with the co-producer, Bunty Walia. Recalling how he dismissed her in a hurtful manner, Bobby said:
“He said, ‘Tumhe role bhi de aur paise bhi? Kahan se aa jate hain?’”
