Janhvi Kapoor is one of the most loved star kids in Bollywood. For those who don’t know, Janhvi is the daughter of filmmaker, Boney Kapoor and the late actress, Sridevi. Moreover, Janhvi made her debut in Bollywood with Dhadak in 2018. Unfortunately, her mom, Sridevi passed away a few months before Janhvi’s debut film was released, and she couldn’t see her daughter making it to the big screen, which left everyone heartbroken. A few days ago, Janhvi shared that her mom secretly watched her giving her first shot. And now, in a recent interview, Boney Kapoor revealed that Sridevi actually watched Janhvi on screen.

In a recent interview with ETimes, Boney Kapoor was asked if it makes him disappointed that Sridevi couldn’t watch Janhvi making her debut in Bollywood. As a response to the question, Boney revealed that when Janhvi grew up, filmmaker, Karan Johar once came to their house and expressed his desire to launch Janhvi in a film.
