For the unversd, the plan was identified as a Beech B200 Super King Air, which had departed at 3:48 p.m. and was en route to Lelystad, Netherlands. An eyewitness revealed that he saw a huge fireball from his window, and he was shaking after witnessing the crash. Hill was quoted as saying:
“I saw the huge fireball from my window. I’m still shaking like mad. I’ve never seen anything like it. Praying all involved are OK.”
