IRFC share price gains around 1% as OFS opens for retail investors; fails to get fully booked from institutional buyers

IRFC stock rose nearly 1% on February 26 ahead of the retail portion of its offer for sale. Institutional bids accounted for 94.98% of shares. The government plans to sell over 26 crore shares, maintaining an 86.36% stake post-divestment.
