According to TMZ, the first set of responders was dispatched to the Fairmont San Francisco at approximately 2:52 a.m. after receiving a high-priority medical call. As per the dispatch audio obtained by the outlet, the call was described as a “code 3 for a possible overdose, colour change.” Later, paramedics assessed Victoria at the scene and pronounced her death shortly after their arrival. Meanwhile, the terminology used during the call has raised questions about the cause of her demise, although officials have emphasised that they have not determined any final cause of death.
