The actress also revealed what was her mom’s reaction after secretly watching her giving her first shot.

In an interview with Galatta Plus, Janhvi Kapoor walked down memory lane and recalled the first day of her on the set of her debut film, Dhadak. The diva shared that she was really nervous as her mom, Sridevi was there with her during her first shot. The actress mentioned that she was nervous about her mom’s opinion of her. And as she was nervous, Sridevi hid behind a tree with Manish Malhotra and watched Janhvi working. Janhvi shared that Sridevi told her she wasn’t there, but she found out about it later. Speaking along the same line, Janhvi stated:
“She was there for my first shot. I think I was the most nervous about her being around so she hid behind a tree with Manish (Malhotra) to see my first shot. She told me she wasn’t there but I found out later that she was. I was very nervous about her opinion.”
