The 2018 film Hichki, starring Rani Mukerji in the lead role, was produced by her husband, Aditya Chopra. It was also the actress’ first time shooting for a film after giving birth to their daughter, Adira. Director of the film, Siddharth P Malhotra, revealed that the whole film was shot within 28 eight-hour shifts. Whether the child actors, spot boy, or even Rani Mukerji herself, everyone finished in that time, stated the director in an interview with IANS. In his own words, Malhotra said:
“We finished Hichki, the whole film, in 28 eight-hour shifts. Whether it was Rani, the kids, the cameramen or the spot boy, everyone finished in that time.”
