Kap’s Cafe has issued an official statement regarding the attack
On July 11, 2025, Kap’s Cafe took to their Instagram stories to issue an official statement addressing the sudden attack. They shared how the eatery was opened with so much love and warmth, and such a shocking incident is truly heartbreaking. They also thanked everyone who came in support during this difficult time. The team also extended their gratitude to Surrey Police and the Delta Police Department for ensuring everyone’s safety. The official statement can be read as:
