Boney Kapoor and his late wife, Sridevi’s younger daughter, Khushi Kapoor made her debut in the world of cinema with Zoya Akhtar’s directorial, The Archies. The film was released on the OTT platform, Netflix on December 7, 2023. Apart from Khushi, the film also witnessed the debut entry of young actors, including Suhana Khan, Vedang Raina, Agastya Nanda, Dot, Mihir Ahuja, and Yuvraj Menda into Bollywood. However, the film also garnered huge attention due to the relationship rumours between Suhana and Agastya, and Vedang and Khushi. Finally, in an interview, Vedang addressed his dating rumours with Khushi and also mentioned the qualities he wants in his partner.

In an interview with Times Now, Vedang Raina clarified if the speculations about his relationship with Khushi Kapoor are true. He was asked about the same, to which, he mentioned being currently single. Denying the several reports that surfaced online stating that Vedang and Khushi were dating, the actor cleared the air and mentioned his and Khushi’s shared interest in music and many other things. However, he expected time to change and said:
“Khushi and I connected on so many levels. We had a similar taste in music. Khushi and I are not dating. I have a really strong bond with her. We’ve known each other for so long, and we have connected on many things. I am single right now. When the time is right, hopefully that situation changes.”
