KWK8: Sunny Deol States Shah Rukh Turns Actors Into Commodity, While Salman Makes Them Bodybuilders

Bollywood actor, Sunny Deol has been basking in the glory of his blockbuster film, Gadar 2, co-starring Ameesha Patel in the lead roles. Now, he made a stunning appearance on one of the most controversial reality shows in India, Koffee With Karan‘s season 8’s second episode, along with his sibling, Bobby Deol. This is Sunny’s second appearance on the show, and the earlier one was during the first season in 2005. Thus, yet again, Sunny made some shocking revelations. Amongst them, he also talked about one of his contemporaries, Shah Rukh Khan, with whom he had a long feud, and it was only during the success bash of Gadar 2, that the two stars seemed to be cordial with each other.

Sunny Deol mentions he dislikes how Shah Rukh Khan has turned actors into a ‘commodity’

During the course of the conversation in the latest episode of Koffee with Karan 8, Sunny Deol made some unmissable remarks about his contemporaries, including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar. It was when Sunny started playing the ‘Rapid fire’ round that the host of the show, Karan Johar asked him to share his thoughts about one good and one bad quality about his contemporaries. To this, he began honestly revealing his opinions about Shah Rukh Khan at the first. He mentioned although SRK is hardworking, he doesn’t like the way he has turned actors into a ‘commodity’. And Sunny’s answer left Karan into shock. Sunny was heard saying:

“What I don’t like about him (Shah Rukh Khan) is making the actors a commodity.”
