South Korean actor, Lee Sun Kyun impressed everyone with his impeccable skills in the Oscar-winning film, Parasite. The actor has been part of several Korean dramas and films like Helpless, All About My Wife, A Hard Day and more. Lee Sun Kyun was currently undergoing a drug trial for suspected consumption of drugs like marijuana and other psychoactive drugs.
Lee Sun Kyun was found dead in his car
On December 27, 2023, Lee Sun Kyun was found unresponsive in his car, which was parked near Waryong Park in Jongno-gu, Seoul. The authorities found his car around 10:30 AM, and on further investigation, it was announced that the actor was no more. Lee Sun Kyun was undergoing a drug trial and was reportedly disturbed by the same. He previously spoke to the reporters about the ongoing drug case and added:
“I sincerely apologise for causing great disappointment to many people by being involved in such an unpleasant incident, I feel sorry for my family, which is enduring such difficult pain at this moment. Once again, I sincerely apologise to everyone.”
