On December 22, 2023, Meera Chopra and Sandeep Singh joined Siddharth Kannan on his YouTube channel to discuss their film, Safed, in detail. During their conversation, Meera shared that she has always had a distant relationship with her two cousins, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Parineeti Chopra. She said that it wouldn’t be right to pretend to be close friends with them when in reality they are not. She further added:
“From the start, there was not much closeness between us that we would look like friends here. That would be fake. But I can say that when three or four girls join the industry, they help each other. That did not happen to me. I’m not the one that asks for help, and even they never offered any help.”
