But as per the will produced by the late businessman’s third wife, Priya Kapur, disinherited them. The legal battle is over the estate worth Rs. 3,000 crore. In the latest Delhi High Court hearing, Karisma Kapoor’s lawyer gave shocking evidence stating that the will has been forged.

Karisma’s lawyer, Mahesh Jethmalani, who is representing Samaira and Kiaan’s case, claimed that Sunjay Kapur’s will has been forged and intentionally made to disinherit his children from his first marriage. According to a report by NDTV, Mahesh Jethmalani pointed out the court that there has been a lot of secrecy around the will. He said:
“There is something very secretive about this will. This will does not involve Sunjay Kapur… and we were not supplied with any documents either.”
