Taking to her IG handle on October 4, 2023, Ileana D’Cruz shared two selfies with her son, Koa Phoenix Dolan. In the first picture, she was seen posing for the lens while Koa was sleeping on her chest while closely hugging her. However, she looked a bit stressed in the adorable glimpse and looked a little worked up. The picture showed half of Ileana’s face with a frown and a serious look, indicating something was creating trouble for her. Atop it, she wrote a note mentioning that Koa was hurting and dealing with some kind of pain. Her note can be read as:
