Popular TV actor, Vibhu Raghave who was best known for his ace roles in shows such as Nisha Aur Uske Cousins, Suvreen Guggal, and Rhythm, passed away after a long, courageous fight with stage 4 colon cancer. The actor was diagnosed with the same in 2022, and ever since then, he was undergoing treatment at Mumbai’s Tata Memorial Hospital. Vibhu’s friends from the TV industry, Yeh Rishte Hain Pyaar Ke actress, Kaveri Priyam and Karan Veer Mehra had taken to their Instagram stories to offer their condolences. Vibhu kept documenting his cancer journey on his Instagram handle, and every post of his related to his battle showed his courage.

For the unversed, according to a report by the Times Now Digital, Vibhu was fighting stage 4 colon cancer for three years. This condition is created in the large intestine or the colon, where polyps grow and can become cancerous. Karan Veer Mehra had taken to his Instagram Stories to share Vibhu’s picture and wrote, “Rest in peace brother”, while Kaveri wrote Vibhu’s name on her stories with a broken heart emoji. The late actor was always positive till the end, and in one of his posts, he had written of being proud of his unfit body as it was supporting him in his journey with cancer. He shared that he did not have the same level of fitness as he had earlier and did not know how long his battle with cancer would last, but he was sure that he would emerge victorious and come out as a winner.
