Reliance Industries chairman and managing director, Mukesh Ambani and his wife, Nita Ambani marked their presence in the divine darbar of Lalbaugcha Raja to seek the blessings of Lord Ganpati Bappa. For those who are unfamiliar, the story of Lalbaugcha Raja began in 1934 when the fisherman and vendors of the Lalbaug area lost their market. Afterwards, they prayed to Lord Ganesha for help, and he assisted them in rebuilding a new marketplace. In return, they installed a huge Ganesha idol at the market.
Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani seek blessings at Lalbaugcha Raja
Lalbaugcha Raja is known as the wish-fulfilment Bappa. It is the reason why celebrities and people across India come to seek blessings from Lalbaughcha Raja. Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani visited Lalbaughcha Raja on Wednesday. The two took blessings of Bappa amid tight security and a massive crowd of devotees. Nita Ambani’s mother, Purnima Dalal, also accompanied the couple. In a cutesy glimpse we saw, Mukesh Ambani putting tika from Ganpati Bappa’s feet onto Nita Ambani’s forehead.
