Padma Lakshmi revealed her daughter’s fashion advice
Recently, Padma Lakshmi and her 15-year-old daughter, Krishna, were featured on the cover of Vogue India for September 2025. During an interview, they got candid about judging each other’s outfits. Her daughter, Krishna, revealed that they do not say anything to each other when one is not able to decide on an outfit within seconds. But before they leave the house, they honestly review each other’s outfits. Krishna said:
“We go by the five-second rule. If the other person can’t change [their outfit] in five seconds and [the comment] is negative, don’t say it. But before we leave the house, we’re pretty brutal with each other. I will be like, ‘You can’t wear that in public with me.'”
