In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Palaash Muchhal’s mother, Amita Muchhal, opened up about the rumours surrounding her son’s cancelled wedding. She revealed that Palaash and Smriti are both going through tough times. She further added that Palaash wanted Smriti to be his bride, and she had planned a grand welcome for her. She assured the fans that the wedding will happen soon. She said:
“Smriti and Palaash dono takleef mein hain… Palaash dreamt of coming home with his bride. I had even planned a special welcome. Everything will be fine shaadi bahut jaldi hogi.”
