Paresh Rawal Returns As ‘Babu Rao’ For ‘Hera Pheri 3’? Addresses The Controversy, ‘Extra Careful…’

Hera Pheri was made by Priyadarshan and released in the year 2000. Twenty-five years later, the dialogues, storyline, characters, and songs still resonate with every generation of cinema lovers. The movie and its hilarious comedy have contributed countless content to the meme culture of India. That is why when Paresh Rawal, who played the fan-favourite, ‘Babu Rao’ in the film, announced his exit from Hera Pheri 3, he left many fans heartbroken. However, after a legal fallout with co-star Akshay Kumar, Paresh has rejoined Hera Pheri 3. 

Paresh Rawal says issues with Akshay Kumar are now resolved 

Paresh Rawal recently opened up about his initial exit from Hera Pheri 3 and the controversy that followed when co-star and producer, Akshay Kumar, sued for Rs. 25 crores. In a podcast on The Himanshu Mehta Show, Paresh said that he has resolved all the issues with Akshay and his production house, Cape of Good Films. The actor said that when something is so loved by the audience then they should be extra careful with it and deliver to the viewers with hard work. Paresh said in the interview:

 “Mera yahi hai ki jab cheez itni zyda logon ko bhaati hai toh you need to be extra careful. It is our responsibility for the audience, kyunki audience baithi hai itna pyaar karti hai. You can’t take things for granted. Mehnat karke unko do.”
